Physical education women teachers’ formation in Eriterea

Abstract
This investigation is done from a gender perspective. Multiple factors limit the woman's complete equality and their incorporation to different social activities, like the physical activity and sport practice, as well as their technical training in this sphere. The purpose of this article is exploring the factors that condition the women poor formation as Physical Education teachers in Eriterea; carrying out a descriptive study that combines techniques of quantitative and qualitative investigation developed in the Technology Institute of Eriterea. It is described the main factors that limit the Physical Education teachers formation in this African country and some stocks are suggested to strengthen this purpose.
