Main Article Content
Abstract
The objective of the background study for this article, focuses on the analyzing of the biomechanical indicators in the execution of the movement, from the Helicopter to Wenson element of the Aerobic Sports Gymnastics that allow their teaching to be incorporated into the competence routines of the university team of the UCCFD “Manuel Fajardo”. The results reveal the phases of execution of the movement of this element, the main biomechanical indicators in the execution of each phase, as well as the most common errors in the execution of the same. For this analysis it were taken as sample 5 videos of international championships taking as reference the difficulty starting notes and the best execution notes. These results are going to use to guide the teaching of this technical element so that it can be included into the proficiency routines of the GAD university team of the "Manuel Fajardo" University of Science of Physical Culture.
