Program for the development of special resistance of judoka
Main Article Content
Abstract
The preparation of the athlete must have an integrating nature, where physical preparation is a very important component in competitive results. However, there are limitations in this work with children. The objective is to elaborate a program for the development of the special resistance during the sports initiation phase of the judoka, which would allow a better orientation of the coaches. The research is applied, longitudinal, descriptive and quantitative-qualitative. The preliminary diagnosis confirmed the limitations to support the work of the coaches, making it clear that references are required to guide them. The validity of the referred program was demonstrated.
