Exercícios físicos terapêuticos e terapia manual osteopática em pacientes críticos com COVID-19

Resumo

Los pacientes graves con COVID-19 presentan problemas de salud atenuables con ejercicios físicos terapéuticos y terapia manual osteopática. El objetivo de la presente investigación es definir los ejercicios físicos terapéuticos y terapia manual osteopática, la secuencia y dosificación más adecuadas, así como determinar la valoración de esta intervención por médicos de terapia intensiva e intermedia del hospital Salvador Allende. Se realizó un estudio transversal. Fue realizada una revisión sistemática sobre ejercicios físicos terapéuticos y terapia manual osteopática en pacientes graves en general y en pacientes con COVID-19. Los especialistas médicos valoraron  favorablemente esta propuesta como parte integral del tratamiento de pacientes graves con COVID-19.
