Main Article Content
Abstract
Severely ill patients with COVID-19 present health problems that can be mitigated with therapeutic physical exercises and osteopathic manual therapy. The objective of this research is to define therapeutic physical exercises and manual therapy osteopathic treatment, the most appropriate sequence and dosage, as well as to determine the assessment of this intervention by intensive and intermediate care physicians of the Salvador Allende hospital. A cross-sectional study was carried out. A systematic review was carried out on therapeutic physical exercises and osteopathic manual therapy in patients in general and in patients with COVID-19. Medical specialists favorably assessed this proposal as an integral part of the treatment of severe patients with COVID-19.
