Plan of activities guided to the untraining of the retired swimmers from the active sport

Abstract
At the moment, there are numerous scientific studies interested in the search of methods, means and forms of trainings that guarantee high performances in the sportsmen to reach the competitive success. The active life of these sportsmen is influenced by this long process of trainings, after the retirement they are not treated in a proper way. Keeping in mind the importance it has for the retired swimmer´s health the planning of this process the following investigation is presented which outlines, to propose a guide of activities directed to the untraining of the retired swimmers at the ages between 15-18 years from the Superior School of High Performances Formation (E.S.F.A.R) Marcelo Salado. A work was done with a 10 swimmers whit a year of retirement. Supported in the approaches of Aguilar. (2004), about the Metaprograms, the proposal for the untraining on swimmer was made, based on three fundamental stages.
