Main Article Content
Abstract
Physical Education is an important pedagogical process in the integral formation of the personality, where the control of the level of physical condition of the students at the beginning of the activities in the teaching period, presents irregularities and lacks updated scientific foundations. The objective is to diagnose the development of physical fitness tests for work with physical abilities in Physical Education. A descriptive cross-sectional study is carried out that favored the identification of pedagogical problems of the process under study, such as, low level of reliability in the results of the tests and little theoretical, methodological and practical knowledge of the teachers in the use of these. results in the planning of physical capacities. The satisfactory evaluation of the research reveals the possibility of its generalization in other contexts of the Angolan province of Huila.
