Strength resistance training for the prevention of lower extremity injuries in soccer players
Main Article Content
Abstract
There are gaps in studies on strength endurance training and injury prevention in soccer. The objective was to determine the influence of circuit training on core strength resistance in Honduran soccer players. A minimal control pre-experimental study was performed for a single. Circuit training has been shown to develop core strength endurance and prevent the most common lower extremity injuries.
