Physical activity in the formation of healthy habits and lifestyles at university student

Abstract
The formation of healthy habits and lifestyles in the university context are not approached in an integrated way. The objective was to analyze physical activity in the formation of healthy habits and lifestyles in university students. The methodology used was a non-experimental design, using analysis-synthesis and modeling methods. As a result, a sequential model is designed that is supported by its elements and principles.
