The preparation of the Community Physical Activity teacher, to stimulate motor competence in preschoolers

Abstract
The World Summit for Children has been the scene where early education declares these first years of life as the period of greatest dependence on adults as a social being and mediator of their basic needs. The insufficient preparation of the Community Physical Activity (AFC) teacher to address this claim is a challenge for today's Cuban society. The objective is to contribute to the preparation of the AFC teacher to form motor competence in early childhood. An experimental study is carried out with the use of theoretical and empirical methods such as the survey, scientific observation, methodological triangulation, pre-experiment; and descriptive and inferential statistics. In the results, a low level of preparation of teachers is obtained in the initial stage, actions are implemented to solve the problem and the level of knowledge is raised in the third verification stage. It concludes by referring to the level of growth in the preparation of teachers in each of the indicators, after applying the proposal.
