Methodological orientations for the individualization of the training in the fencing of the national team in Cuba

Abstract
In this research background this article it is evident the need to adjust the training according to the individual physical, psychological, theoretical, etc, needs of each athlete practicing this sport defined by his tactical actions. Aspects to be taken into account once you have the intention to organize the preparation process according to the principles that support it as is the case of individualization. In order to solve the problem, authors proposed to proposethe goal of developing a set of methodological guidelines that favor the implementation of the principle of individualization in the national fencing team in Cuba.Its fulfillment will be based on the application of scientific methods in the theoretical and empirical levels such as: observation, interviews and bibliographic reviews to obtain greater objectivity of the study to be carried out; in the empirical use the functional structural systemic, and modeling from the implementation of the operations of thought analysis-synthesis and induction deduction. The main results addressed that this principle is not always efficiently fulfilled.
