Methodological indications to improve the you kumi-kata grab, according to the current transformations of the judo
Main Article Content
Abstract
In the current context the transformations in judo are aimed at improving the grip techniques (kumi-kata) in the combats. The research on which this article is based aims to provide methodological indications that contribute to the improvement of these techniques, taking into account research related to the topic and the application of instruments (surveys) to minimize the mistakes of the athletes in the matches. These indications were designed to be applied in training and competitions, where they were validated and put into practice with athletes of the national team of male judo, with good results.
