Proposal of a system of indicators for the evaluation of the officials of sport fights

Abstract
It is that the evaluation of the referees at the moment is carried out in a not structured way, what spreads to face in occasions indiscipline situations in the competitive activity given to the ignorance and the lack of control of the quality that should have the body by arbitration for its acting. The general objective of the work is to elaborate a system of indicators to evaluate the Cuban officials of Sport Fights, for that which we trace ourselves the following tasks, characterization of the current state of the preparation of the Cuban officials of sport fight, selection of the system of indicators for the evaluation of the Cuban officials of sport fights, empiric confirmation of the effectiveness of the evaluation system for the Cuban officials of sport fight. For the investigation we use the empiric method: the search of information, the documental revision, the interview, the observation, and the survey. In the theoretical method, we use the methods of the logical level, among which it counts the systemic one structural functional, the model and quasi experiment. Among the main results it was verified that the forms of evaluating have methodological inadequacies and it lacks indicators that give fidelity to evaluate the acting and our officials' knowledge.
