Selection of the content for the training of juvenile judokas
Main Article Content
Abstract
The changes of regulation force to understand the new demands of judo to keep the spectacularity. In a previous study it was observed that the technical limitations of the judokas do not obey to inadequacies of the preparation, or to factors related to the disposition and the discipline, but to the maladjustment to the new conditions arisen from the introduction of the new regulation. The objective of the study is to determine the selection of content to organize and plan the training process with juvenile judokas. A descriptive study is implemented to make a contrast between the factors that determine the success as well as their ways of relating and later the organization of the content. As a result, the selection of the content in correspondence with the new regulation is evident, to assume the parameters that allow planning to be carried out in relation to the new demands.
