Study of the execution of the straddle jump in the university sports aerobic gymnastics

Abstract
The subjective nature of assessment in competitive arts sports makes it difficult to identify deficiencies in the phases of technical execution of the elements of Sports Aerobic Gymnastics. The objective of the study is to carry out a kinematic analysis to identify the deficiencies in the phases of the technical execution of the Straddle Jump difficulty element of Sports Aerobic Gymnastics. A descriptive exploratory investigation is carried out based on a measurement that uses the Kinovea v 8.25 Software in order to incorporate this element into the competition routine of the athlete of the male individual modality of the UCCFD "Manuel Fajardo" university team. The bi-oceanic analysis allowed to determine that the athlete has errors in the execution of the technical element, by not meeting the minimum requirements established in the Code of Points. The results obtained will allow perfecting the execution of the element under study in each of its phases and thus be able to incorporate it into the competition routines.
