Diagnosis of the process of selection of talents in Djibouti's soccer

Abstract
The selection of talent is an area key within the sports development of any country, that you aim at detecting, perceiving, selecting and promoting the athlete that has the abilities and competitions and, therefore, the potential to assure, as far as lies within my power, the achievement of the competitive success. The need to raise the quality of this process I bear this study, that the characterization of the present day status that the process of selection of the football talent of Djibouti's Republic has was drawn like objective. They utilized the historic logical, analytical synthetic, inductive deductive methods, interview, opinion poll and descriptive statistics. The studied sign conform it 35 trainers and 15 executives that they belong to the national federation.The results of the diagnosis evidenced than the process of selection of talents in Djibouti does not sell off on scientific bases methodologies itself solid, confirming himself the need to improve the formation and the trainers' overcoming.
