Competitive sports management planning and control model: basketball case study

Abstract
The article is presenting a model to harmonize the activities executed in clubs or sport teams. Your period of execution comprised ten years, in the Basketball sport and one interacted with players, with superior ages , besides with sports technicians and of health. The model has four stages, where the functions of the cycle of administration are articulated. Its distinctive qualities are invention, continuous learning, change and collaborative approach, feedback and flexibility in the contexts of application.
