Characterization of feminine Judo competitive exercise of high competition of Cuba

Abstract
The continuous scientific technological development that is shown at high competition sport has a great influence in the direction and planning of preparation process of Cuban national team athletes and more specifically in the Kumi kata work or the grasp known traditionally by some of the essentials of this sport. As an objective it is proposed characterizing the competitive exercise of the feminine Judo of high competition guided for the improvement of the methodological performance in the training of the Kumi kata of high competition judo players from the constant transformations that are generated in this activity. The methodology applied constituted an integration of theoretic and empiric methods like the observation, documentary revision, analysis and synthesis, systemic focus and modeling applied during the investigating process. Methodology during training determined the present-day limitations in the performance of Kumi kata. The study allowed to the knowledge of the methodological limitations that trainers of feminine Judo of high competition identified.
